Hello Lost Adventurers!
I hope you've had a wonderful weekend so far - and I hope this update will make that even better! :) I wanted to dedicate this update to share a little bit more about the terrain sets that will be included in the core set as well as the stretch goals.
How The Stretch Goal Terrain Sets Work
In The Lost Adventures, all of the terrain pieces revolve around the encounters. This means that we might make a huge cave entrance (like you can see below) that can be used in several encounters/locales - and in other cases might have a waterfall as a set piece for a single location (like Ursibis Glade in the sample encounter map). It all depends on what the stretch goal encounter is!

What Will The Stretch Goal Encounters Be?
Future stretch goal encounters will be tied to the monsters/models that are unlocked. Because we weren't sure which stretch goals would get unlocked - and how many stretch goals we were going to unlock, we waited to write more than The Verdant Queen.
We also did this because we have some ideas for what we think would work best with The Verdant Queen adventure...but we want to hear what you, the backers, preferred for these encounters first.
Do you want more side quests for the Verdant Queen? A new adventure? Higher-level, completely independent, encounters? We'd LOVE to hear here in the update comments or in the KS comments section. You can also expect a few questions at the end of a future stretch goal poll along with a place for you to give your suggestions and ideas in private as well.

Stretch Goal Terrain Set Previews
With that being said - I wanted to share some of the completed stretch goal terrain sets to give you an idea of what is coming along with all of the awesome minis that are being unlocked. Some may be smaller/larger sets (think dungeon dressing/decor), or more variations of an existing set (similar to the goblin expansion stretch goal), but I think seeing these will give you, and future backers, a better idea of what is to come.
So without further ado, some of our unlocked stretch goal terrain sets:

More Boss Concepts Coming!
Since I figure a few of you might be wondering if we will be getting more boss concepts...yes, we will be! When we launched the Lost Adventures, we made as many stretch sets & concepts as we could so there would be as much choice for as long as possible (so we wouldn't be scrambling for concepts/additional stretch sets like we had to for Lost Dragons). Well, the support has been overwhelming, and incredible, so we are doing our best to make more as quickly as possible in the event that the campaign goes higher than the 6 planned.
This is all thanks to the incredible community support and enthusiasm from you all. We couldn't do this without you!
Expect an update soon sharing some of the terrain stretch goals that will be included as well!
